No, the site will remember your account details and you will be automatically logged on at each visit.
Do I lose my basket if I leave the site?
No, if you are an account holder and logged in. The site will keep your basket until you either place
an order, or explicitly delete the items. You can even disconnect from the Internet and return the next day,
and your basket will be recovered.
Can I apply online for an account?
No, because we are providing a credit facility to your company, we need to perform credit checks and verify details of
your application. Therefore, you need to complete the paper-based account form and you will be provided with
your login details when this process is complete.

Yes, if you are logged in the prices you see are specific to your account. The site will also show any

What is the latest time I can place an order for next day delivery?
Please place your order as early as possible, however we cannot guarantee it will leave the same night
if we receive the order after 4.30pm.
I want my order sent by first class mail. How do I change this?
Please add any special delivery requirements (e.g. first class post, saturday delivery, etc) in the order
comments field. We will amend the delivery charges on your invoice.

Do I receive bulk discounts for online orders?
You will only receive bulk discounts for specified products. The quantity breaks are shown when you look at a product.

What credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, JCB Cards, Switch, Visa Electron, and Visa Solo.
We do not accept American Express at this present time.
Do you store my credit card details?
No, we use a third-party payment company called Worldpay for your protection and ours. Worldpay are responsible
for processing your credit card details on their secure server. We never receive your card details, we are only
told informed if a transaction is successful.

I am an export customer, can I use the site?
Yes, export customers can place orders in exactly the same manner as domestic customers. However, your
delivery costs and taxes will not be calculated until we have received your order.
Why don't you accept credit card payment for export orders?
We cannot currently accept online credit card payment for export orders due to the complexity of
calculating delivery costs for overseas deliveries. If you wish to pay by credit card, please
Contact Us directly so we can arrange payment over the phone.

We currently only support Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL (covers 95%+ of all browsers in use).

Can you carry out repair / reconditioning work?
Our main site in Huddersfield is equiped to deal with all rebuilding and repair work including production
of drives/pinions, shafts/armatures, field coils, and stators, as well as complete assembly of starter motors,
alternators and dynamos.
Our team of specialists are able to produce bespoke components either from drawing specifications or samples.
We also offer a repair and reconditioning service for rare or vintage starters, alternators and dynamos.
